Hi!
The first Green Drinks of the season was held at the Bentstick Brewery on Monday September 09. Featured guests included Chelsea Boos with the Heat Pumps for All Campaign from 350.org, and Melissa Gorrie of Waste Free Edmonton with a new pilot program on yard waste and a campaign to transform lawns. Thanks to all who showed up and made this a fun, safe space.
Next Green Drinks will be on Monday 18 November, 7pm-9pm at the Bentstick, 9926 78 avenue. Further details and registration page to come.
In other news, we are excited about the prospect of collaborating with SustainYEG and Net Impact to bring together and foster the sustainability community here in Edmonton - details to come
