- GreenerVegas.org provided bike parts and equipment from a large bike convention to the Las Vegas Bike Cooperative who uses the parts to refurbish old bikes and give them to adults/children that cannot afford to buy one.

GreenerVegas.Org connected with the German Shepherd Rescue Las Vegas group to provide large ply-wood crates that will be used for doggie homes.

History:
We founded Green Drinks Las Vegas in June of 2007 as a social and business networking platform for people interested in greening Las Vegas. Our motto is to “participate, educate, and connect.”
Our founding location was McMullan's Irish Pub (they're still green, and worth a visit!). After almost two years, we moved our location to the green cultural hub of Las Vegas, the Springs Preserve. We enjoyed several meetings on the balcony at the Cafe by Wolfgang Puck. In the final stretch of 2009, we're spreading the green around with our new regular location at the Arts Factory in downtown Las Vegas.
Attendance has grown greatly, especially within the past 6 months. We have been working closely with Project ecoBrand to grow our meetings, and promote a greener Las Vegas. You can visit ecoBrand at the G3reen Outlet at the Arts Factory on First Fridays.
