About Gloucester Green Drinks
Join us for Gloucester Green Drinks! "Green Drinks" is an international phenomenon, where people interested in creating a sustainable society get together in their local community for regular, informal gatherings to share ideas, connect with others, and see what happens… "Creating a sustainable society" affects just about everything, so anyone interested in environmental issues, social justice issues, economics, education, energy, community, health, agriculture, politics, and anything else related to making the world a better place.… should feel free to attend (and bring friends). Just come to the venue of the month on the first Wednesday, around 7:30 pm or later, and ask the folks milling around the bar: "are you here for green drinks?"
Green Drinks is an informal, no-agenda, no-worries, no-drama kind of phenomenon, just a way to create the space for people to get together and talk about what's important to them, what excites them, and what their vision for a sustainable society looks like. It's also pretty straight-forward to organize – same time each month: 7:30 pm on the first Wednesday of the month – and an email to announce the place.
