On the LAST Wednesday of each month, from 5 - 7 pm at Salt we hold a monthly gathering of like-minded people who work in/are interested in or support work and initiatives relating to the environment; a positive space for people, groups and ideas to mingle, get to know each other, raise profiles, issues and generally access support.
Each month we make 10 or so minutes available, and the first few people who put their names down will be able to speak on their chosen topic (project, interest, subject, group etc.) for strictly 2 minutes – with the intention that those who want to know more can follow up after – so make sure and let Anna or I know when you arrive if you’d like a slot! Other than that, it is just generally a positive space for people, groups and ideas to mingle, get to know each other, raise profiles, issues, network and generally connect.
There will be light nibbles, so do bring along some koha for next months nibbles (if you can!) – and a bit extra if you think you’ll be really hungry, food will be available to buy as well as drinks!
