Our Next Event: Wednesday, June 12th from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Aroi Mak Mak Thai Restaurant (344 Orange St, Redlands, CA 92374)
Situated between the urban hustle of Los Angeles to the west, the Transverse Mountain Range to our north, and the complex - yet eerily calm desert ecosystems to the east. Redlands, CA is truly the epicenter (San Andreas fault line reference, anyone?) of it all. It is because of this interdisciplinary environmental setting that the city is able to attract people from all walks of life and professionals from a variety of fields.
At our Green Drinks meet-ups (a monthly event) we hope to create a collective, collaborative, informal place for all of these diverse people to meet up and network/nerd out over sustainability, emerging technologies, and ways to change the world! All while having a few drinks and hanging out with other good people. The event is intended to be free flowing and generally a tad unorganized to allow people the opportunity to chat with folks that they normally would not be able to in their typical 8 - 5 schedule.
Although topics are intended to be "Green" we would like to encourage anyone, from any line of work to join us. Just ask the question "Are you green?" to anyone you'd like to chat with as an icebreaker and, BOOM, you'll be solving equations and coming up with solutions to questions in no time.

We have a lively mixture of people from NGOs, academia, government and business. Come along and you'll be made welcome.
